VIDEO TUTORIAL: HOW TO MAKE RECYCLED CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS WITH PROCEDURE
1 # Special decorations crafts with recycled paper bags

What do you need:
- A paper bag.
- A Marker like Uniposca o Edding.
- An image to be copied or to download from this pdf, otherwise from a subject that you like.
Procedure:
Take the paper bag.
If you decided to download my pdf, you just have to copy the picture on the bag, otherwise you can get some ideas from my previous video, to create something even more creative.

On the other hand, if you’ve decided to let your imagination inspire you and draw freehand, don’t worry about precision, hand-made things don’t have to be perfect, but original.

Use a marker Uniposca or Edding to draw.
2 # Gift bag labels "self-made (DIY)" with colored cards

What do you need:
- Colored cards.
- White sheet.
- A pencil.
- A marker or a thin tip marker.
- Ruler.
- Scissors.
- Drilling.
- Lanyard or Christmas ribbon.
- Download my PDF with the pattern.
Procedure:
With the help of the ruler, or freehand, draw one or more models of labels with a pencil on the white sheet to use as a pattern (you can already find the models in my PDF).

Choose the ones you prefer and cut them out.

- Place the patterns on the colored cardboard, and trace the contours with the pencil.
- Repeat this operation until the cardboard is filled.
- Take the pen with the thin tip and draw the decorations that you like most.
- Cut out the edge of each individual label.
- With the help of the drilling machine, apply a hole in the upper and in the central part of the label.
- Take the Christmas ribbon, cut a piece of it (as you wish) and pass it inside the hole that you’ve made on the label.
- Now your creations are ready. Attach the labels to the gift bags with a ribbon.
3 # Economic ideas from IKEA label recycling

What do you need:
- Ikea labels or other type of perforated cardboard labels
- Adhesive labels for jam cans
- Pen Micron Copic 08
- White Uniposca
- Twine or gift ribbon
Procedure:
As in the image below, write one or more sentences on the cardboard labels (depending on the available space).

Remove the cardboard at the top of the label, thus showing the hole to pass the string or the gift ribbon.
The adhesive labels, on the other hand, can be filled by creating frames with twigs.

If you are already familiar with those themes, you can try to make these ornaments for Christmas:
4 # Postcards made with watercolor

What do you need:
- Postcards for watercolor.
- Watercolors.
- Thin tip brushes.
Procedure:
Choose the subjects to draw. You can opt for the great classics (such as the tree, snowflakes, Santa Claus, etc.) or do like me and choose to create flowers to give to someone; that can always be well appreciated at any time of the year.
Take the brush and draw the subject you choosed on the postcard freehand with watercolors.

5 # Postcards, mini posts or greeting cards in Gouache

What do you need:
- 300 gr paper for watercolors size A5.
- Medium tip and thin tip brushes.
- Tempere (Gouache).
- White uniposca.
Procedure:
Choose 3 or 4 colors.

Use the lightest one for the background and fill the whole sheet in this way:

Wait few minutes for it to dry (to draw my tree: choose two shades of green as color and in small brushstrokes start from the top of the pine and fill the tree up to the trunk. With white from the touches of light).
When it is dry you can add details such as little stars, snowflakes and phrases of good luck with the white Uniposca.
When you’ve finished the job, it will become a unique postcard behind which to write a greeting message, or you can put it inside a beautiful frame … it will be an original gift!
